Now that the election is over and I’ve got a little more free time, I plan on posting a bit more to the Daily Render. Much of what little time I’ve spent on the computer this last month has been putting the Daily Render into photographic prints. This process (signing, naming, citing, and dating the rendering) takes FOREVER and zaps my CPU & RAM so that I can’t can’t use my computer for much web design. However, I do have 10 images that can be uploaded, printed out, and shipped at the click of a button. With Apple’s corporate relationship with Kodak, I am able to use iPhoto to seamless buy my renderings on photographic paper up to 30X20in. At roughly $25 a pop, I feel its one of the best deals I’ve found on the net. Yet, the renderings can be printed at 60X40, so eventually I am going to have to buck up and pay for an expensive printing sometime in the future. Regardless, so far I’ve spent about $150 getting 6 of them printed out, and I plan on getting another 3 more printed this week. I am in the process of making a page of my “signed” renderings similar to the Lenz Project link.
Errrr, time to go to work. I am going to become TIPS certified- add that to the resume…
